Job Description

Your primary responsibilities as Custodian and Maintenance Tech shall include but not be limited to:

• Janitorial/custodial work at Cooper Creek Square and Winter Park Station
• General maintenance work
• Periodic after normal business hours on-call response to property emergencies
• Working some Holidays
• Identifying maintenance items and reporting to your Manager
