Position Title: Roofing, Gutter, and Heat Cable Installer

We are looking for a Roofing, Gutter, and Heat Cable Installer to join our team. This position offers a chance to develop your skills and progress within the company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Install roof accessories such as gutters, heat cable, snow fence, and other roofing components. 

• Perform roof snow removal during the winter months, ensuring safety and preventing damage. 

• Install metal siding on homes and buildings. 

• Assist in various roofing and siding-related tasks to support other crews. 

• Learn metal fabrication techniques in our shop, helping prepare materials for field work. 

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe and efficient job site. 

• Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and vehicles provided by the company. 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Reliable, hardworking, and ready to work 40-50 hours per week in spring, summer, and fall, and 30-40 hours per week during the winter months. 

• Eager to learn and develop skills in roofing, siding, and fabrication. 

• Initially, you will work alongside an experienced foreman, with the goal of advancing to a foreman position within a year, based on your demonstrated skills and understanding of installation details. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• No experience required—we will train the right candidate. 

• General construction experience is a plus. 

• Specific roofing and accessory installation experience is a plus, but not required. 

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, particularly during winter months. 

• Physically able to lift, climb, perform pulling movements, and work in elevated positions. 

• Significant attention to detail with a focus on safety. 

• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Requirements: 

• Valid US or SB251 Driver’s License. 

• Legal work status. 

• English or bilingual Spanish-speaking ability. 

• Positive attitude and high level of trustworthiness.
