Position Title: Roofing, Gutter, and Heat Cable Installer

We are looking for a Roofing, Gutter, and Heat Cable Installer to join our team. This position offers a chance to develop your skills and progress within the company.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Install roof accessories such as gutters, heat cable, snow fence, and other roofing components.Â
- Perform roof snow removal during the winter months, ensuring safety and preventing damage.Â
- Install metal siding on homes and buildings.Â
- Assist in various roofing and siding-related tasks to support other crews.Â
- Learn metal fabrication techniques in our shop, helping prepare materials for field work.Â
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe and efficient job site.Â
- Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and vehicles provided by the company.Â
Desired Candidate Profile:Â
- Reliable, hardworking, and ready to work 40-50 hours per week in spring, summer, and fall, and 30-40 hours per week during the winter months.Â
- Eager to learn and develop skills in roofing, siding, and fabrication.Â
- Initially, you will work alongside an experienced foreman, with the goal of advancing to a foreman position within a year, based on your demonstrated skills and understanding of installation details.Â
Skills & Qualifications:Â
- No experience required—we will train the right candidate.Â
- General construction experience is a plus.Â
- Specific roofing and accessory installation experience is a plus, but not required.Â
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Â
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, particularly during winter months.Â
- Physically able to lift, climb, perform pulling movements, and work in elevated positions.Â
- Significant attention to detail with a focus on safety.Â
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Requirements:Â
- Valid US or SB251 Driver’s License.Â
- English or bilingual Spanish-speaking ability.Â
- Positive attitude and high level of trustworthiness.Â
