Home Tech Specialist Qualifications

• Computer skills (including mobile devices) are a must as well as software, home entertainment technology, WI-FI, and smart locks knowledge
• Available to have a flexible schedule, work holidays, and be on-call during shifts.
• Maintain professionalism and respect at all times in all communication and interactions with co-workers, guests, homeowners, and cleaners
• Ability to work well under pressure and quick to problem solve
• Strong time management skills and adjust to changing priorities throughout the day
• Be responsive, reliable, and self-sufficient
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Physically capable to walk, stand, sit, lift reach (high & low) while on duty
• Push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years of age and a licensed driver for over 3 years to drive a company vehicle

Home Tech Specialist Responsibilities

• Ability to respond and perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, smart lock issues, unclog a toilet, etc.)
• Foster and develop a good working relationship with team members including front desk, inspectors, cleaners and vendors.
• Become familiar with each property and ensuring they are clean, maintained and
• well-cared for
• Manage maintenance work orders while communicating with homeowner, vendors, and/or contractors to make sure work is completed in a timely manner
• Assist with  inspection and housekeeping an when help is needed
• Conduct regular inspections in units to inspect work and identify any preventative maintenance
• Assist with snow shoveling, trash and garage sweeping when needed
