Pay range (1950 annual hours): $57,540.93 – $87,035.82 (hiring rate DOQE)
Position Duties:
This position is responsible for ensuring the provision of the defined public health programs services in a professional, coordinated, and collaborative manner; assisting in promoting the health and well-being of communities, families, and individuals in the County of Grand. The position uses a population-based approach to intervening in the community, systems, and individuals.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree; and one (1) year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish preferred. Certified Medical Interpreter in Spanish preferred.
