Position Information
Department: Human Services
Full time position
Full benefits position (medical, dental and life insurance; paid leave time; retirement plan)
Located in Hot Sulphur Springs, CO
Pay range for position (1950 annual hours, 37.5 hours per week)
Caseworker I: $48,683.66 – $73,638.41 annual (hiring rate DOQE)
Caseworker II: $56,357.42- $85,245.66 annual (hiring rate DOQE)
Position Duties
Position is responsible for screening referrals and conducting home and community visits to assess allegations of child/adult abuse and neglect. Assessing situations for safety and risk. Making referrals to community and system-based services. Creating treatment plans. Monitoring progress of specific cases, documenting case information and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and other resources for services and supports. Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university with major coursework in human services or a related field. Caseworker II – one year of professional casework or related experience. Training/certifications preferred. Must be able to pass background check.
