Little Sprouts Learning Center is seeking a full-time Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher.

Must be flexible, patient, and a positive team player who LOVES working with kids!

As the lead pre-k teacher, you will be responsible for preparing a class of kids for

kindergarten by creating developmentally appropriate experiences. Focus will be on

social/emotional development, literacy, language, and math skills, and fostering a life-

long love for learning.

Job responsibilities include engaging with young children in a positive manner, always

assuring safety, creating daily developmentally appropriate lessons, maintaining a clean

and stimulating environment, and positive engagement with families.

Experience:

 Must be 18 years of age or older.

 Minimum 12 months verifiable work with children under the age of 6 OR

bachelor’s degree with a major area in the Early Childhood field.

License/Certification:

 An adult who is certified as a Child Development Associate (CDA).

 Must hold a minimum of a Level II PDIS credential OR Level I PDIS credential

with (2) 3-semester early childhood education courses.

 Must meet all other guidelines as set forth by Colorado Licensing Requirements.
