The Arlberg Club is a private ski-in/ski-out club located at the base of Mary Jane in Winter Park, Colorado. We provide a warm, welcoming mountain home for our members and guests, with high standards for service, comfort, and cleanliness. Our housekeeping team plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional member experience.

Position Summary

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of member rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and pride in providing a high-quality environment in a private club setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service member rooms and suites, including:
  • Making beds, changing linens, and restocking towels and amenities
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lounges, stairwells, locker rooms, and dining spaces
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks (baseboards, windows, appliances, carpet shampooing, etc.)
• Remove trash and used linens; transport laundry to and from designated areas
• Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Stock and organize housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items promptly
• Follow proper use and safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Respect member privacy and maintain a professional, discreet presence at all times
• Support special projects and seasonal turnover cleaning as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (hotel, resort, lodge, or private club experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays during peak ski season

Compensation & Benefits

• $24-$25 hourly wage based on experience
• 10%-16% end-of-season performance bonus
• Winter Park Ski or Rec Pass
• Shift meals provided
• Free parking
