We offer a ski pass and free ski in/out parking as well as an end-of-season performance bonus to all Seasonal Full-Time employees.  We also offer shift meals when we have guests in-house.  Full-Time Year around employees also receive matching IRA contributions and health insurance benefits at 75% off for the first year and after 1 year, 100% paid health insurance.
