  • Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and storage
  • Coordinate with Front of House leadership to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Train and support multicultural seasonal staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef
  • Foster a positive, professional, and growth-oriented kitchen culture
  • Keep operations organized, efficient, and guest-focused during every shift

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Brings strong culinary leadership and high-volume kitchen experience
  • Thrives in organized, fast-moving environments
  • Leads with positivity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Enjoys mentoring and developing seasonal staff
  • Can think ahead, problem solve, and keep operations running smoothly
  • Is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and service

Qualifications

  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume culinary experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Experience leading seasonal or multicultural teams strongly preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

Work Environment

This is a hands-on culinary leadership position in a busy kitchen environment requiring:

  • Frequent bending, lifting, and movement
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

Our Mission
