DISHWASHER – STEWARD (Summer 2026)Â
Reports to: Â Executive ChefÂ
Position Type:Â Seasonal Full-TimeÂ

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provide a clean and sanitized food and beverage operation for all Granby Ranch establishments.  Â
Â
 Job FunctionÂ
- Maintain an organized, clean, efficient workspace and maintain sanitization throughout the day in accordance with food & safety regulations and company policy. Â
- Ensure the dish area is supplied with necessary cleaning supplies, daily. Â
- Maintain a clean and orderly service, cooking and storage area, daily. Â
- Keep dish machine clean and report any problems or malfunctions, daily. Â
- Clean pots, pans, silverware, plates and other kitchen equipment in a timely manner, daily. Â
- Sweep and mop kitchen and storage areas regularly and as requested. Â
- Comply with all Colorado State Health Codes daily. Â
- Adhere to all safety requirements daily. Â
- Assist with prep cooking as directed by kitchen supervisor or chef. Â

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â Â
- Act as a positive, professional role model, adhering to the company’s hospitality standards. Â
- Maintain an exceptional level of guest service in all interaction with guests, fellow employees, and management. Â
- Assist and support other departments for races, events and operations on high volume days. Â
- Monitor chemicals and water temperatures on the dish machine regularly. Â
- Maintain cleanliness of garbage and recycling receptacles as needed. Â
- Break down and remove all boxes and other recyclable items and transport to appropriate location for disposal. Â
- Maintain linen bags. Â
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly ski area by constantly picking up and disposing of debris and trash around resort. Â
- Other duties as assigned. Â
RequirementsÂ
 SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Â

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS:Â Â
- Familiarity with Colorado State and Health Codes and Liquor Laws. Â
- Familiarity with kitchen and food and beverage equipment. Â
- Must be at least 16 years old. Â
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a kitchen preferred. Â
Â
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:Â Â
- Indoor work primarily with outdoor cleaning/steward functions for patio. Â
- Outdoor work is in a mountain environment with variable weather conditions. Â
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs. Â
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Â
- Dexterity for utilizing kitchen equipment.  Â
